If you receive an incorrect item or the watch differs from the description or specifications advertised, we will gladly issue a full refund when reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Before sending any item back, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service team by calling (424) 276-1457. Returns sent without an approved RA number cannot be accepted.
